Lilongwe, April 29, Mana; Chibiso Motors has donated 40 reflective jackets to Area 12 Police Unit which is under Lingadzi Police Station.

Receiving the donation on Tuesday, Officer In-Charge Superintendent Anastasia Botomani said the donation has come at the right time as it will support their operations by providing safety to officers working more especially at night.

"The reflective jackets will greatly enhance the safety and visibility of our officers during day and night time patrols or low-light operations,’’ she said.

In his remarks, the representative for Chibiso Motors, Ishmael Makawa, described the gesture as an evidence to the company's commitment to supporting the community and enhancing security in the area.

“By providing the police unit with essential equipment, Chibiso Motors is demonstrating its dedication to the well-being and safety of both the officers and the community they serve," he said.
