Sulumbu said on January 8 this year (2018), the victim went out to play with her friends but she did not report back till the following day when she appeared carrying a new dress and a K100 note.

“When her mother, Marrium Charles, asked her where she had been to, the girl revealed that Sabiti took her and they bordered a motor vehicle to unknown destination where they spent a night and the suspect defiled her,” he said.

He said the matter was reported to Nselema police and the victim was granted medical form for examination and treatment.
