Blantyre, October 26, 2017: One of popular night clubs in Blantyre will on this Friday, October 27, 2017 rebrand itself from Basement to Cyclone.

Speaking on the development, Managing Director Selva Range said they have done this in order to bring in a new flavor.

“As you know basement went down in the few months due to the opening of new clubs, so as management we decided to do some changes by renovating the place and rebranding the club,” he explained.

“The rebranding will bring more changes, at first Basement was seen as youthful club, now we have upgraded it to suit all our customers above 18,”Range pointed out.

He added the sound system mixed with the type of music to be played at the rebranded club will bring in a different vibe from the old Basement.

Range said the launch of the newly rebranded Cyclone will be electrified by the live performances from Nyau King Tay Grin and some popular DJs; DJ Nathan Tunes, Africa the DJ, DJ Flame and DVJ Skappar

Basement was opened in December 2013 and gain popularity mostly amongst the youth.
