Mangochi, 15 April 2018: Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI), an international nonprofit making humanitarian organization on Thursday conducted floods disaster simulation at Lungwena in Mangochi district to test the capacity of the area’s disaster management system following the organisation’s project in the area that was devastated by floods in 2015.

The mock floods disaster were held at Chapola Village, TA Namabvi in the district and it included evacuation of people to safe place, first aid and search and rescue exercise using boats.
